DMCA Policy

AGG respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects creators submitting games to do the same. If you believe content on AGG infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a notice

Send a written notice to hello@adultgamesgallery.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• The specific URL(s) on AGG where the allegedly infringing material is located.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where warranted, remove or disable access to the identified content promptly.

Counter-notice

If you believe content you submitted was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address including a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

Creators who repeatedly submit infringing content will have their submissions permanently removed from consideration.
